The Role: As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our Ambassador Team, leading our Sales Operations. You will ensure the integrity of data, manage our CRM, pipeline, and payment platforms, and support with analytics and data visualization. This role is based in our London HQ, and you will work closely with our teams in London and Boston, as well as our global network of Ambassadors.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field. You should be highly proficient in CRM tooling within a sales/GTM team environment and skilled in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets. Experience in building no-code automations using tools like Zapier is also essential. You should be highly organized, efficient, and have a keen eye for detail. Your ability to solve problems and optimize processes will be key to your success in this role.
Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience, plus participation in Strava's long-term incentive programs.
