The role: As a Seasonal Sales Associate at our Berlin store, you will support our mission to save our home planet. Your responsibilities will include enhancing customer experience, supporting local environmental groups, and promoting our brand both inside and outside the store. You will engage with customers, ensuring their needs are met with respect and professionalism, share knowledge about our products and core sports, and contribute to the store's operations and success.
Job requirements: We are looking for a colleague who is inclusive, interested in environmental issues, and eager to make a positive impact. You should have service experience, thrive in a team-based atmosphere, and possess strong language skills in both English and German. Experience in the retail or outdoor industry and participation in our core sports would be advantageous.
