The role: As the Senior Director, Marketing and Impact, you will be responsible for the visioning and orchestration of our brand's expression across EMEA. This includes overseeing our responsible business practices and environmental activism. Your main goal is to drive engagement and activation within our sports, customer, activist, and employee communities, integrating brand storytelling and marketplace activation. You will transform our commitments into compelling narratives and experiences, fostering connections through every interaction.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading integrated marketing functions and shaping long-term marketing visions and strategies. You should have a strong connection to Patagonia's purpose and values, demonstrated experience in implementing change, and advanced skills in team management, talent development, and strategic collaboration.
