The role: As the Senior Manager of Environmental Activism, you will be the architect of our environmental activism agenda. Your main responsibilities include transforming our purpose into actionable environmental initiatives and amplifying the efforts of grassroots organizations. You will lead the environmental team, manage our environmental agenda, and build relationships with grassroots organizations and activist communities. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Marketing teams to enhance the visibility of key issues and drive community action.
Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years' experience in environmental advocacy or grassroots organization relations. You should have a strong connection to Patagonia's purpose and values, demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration, and advanced knowledge of European environmental issues. Strong team management skills and the ability to influence decision-making in a matrix environment are also crucial.
