The role: As a Transformation Planning Manager in our Enterprise Change team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our 'Fruiture' strategy, which aims to distribute a billion more portions of fruit and veg by 2030. Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive annual business plans, long-range plans, and strategic change initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing thought leadership and ensuring our plans are robust and aligned with our mission.

Job requirements: We are looking for a candidate with experience in leading projects and programs, preferably within an FMCG manufacturing environment. You should be adept at long-term planning, translating broad visions into actionable plans, and comfortable in a matrix organizational structure. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be explaining complex technical information across different levels of the organization. Emotional and organizational awareness, along with a collaborative and supportive approach, are also crucial.
