Travel Concierge

The Role: As a Travel Concierge, you will be a key member of our Concierge team, responsible for ensuring our clients have an exceptional travel experience in Europe, the Middle East, and the Silk Route. Your duties will include being the main point of contact for clients, solving any issues that arise before, during, or after their trips, and creating 'Magic Moments' that make Jacada trips unique. This role requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is capable of working remotely with a flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones.

Job Requirements: Candidates should be based in Egypt, Morocco, or Turkey and have a good knowledge of Europe and the Middle East/Silk Route regions. While travel experience is not required, a passion for travel and the travel industry is essential. You should also have strong client-facing experience, excellent numeracy and writing skills, and a culturally open-minded attitude.
