Role Summary

  • Join our Europe Concierge team as a Travel Concierge, operating entirely remotely, either in Greece, Croatia, or Slovenia.
  • Become a key point of contact for clients, answering their queries and resolving issues before, during, and after trips via email and phone.

Founded in 2008, we have a global team of 120 employees dedicated to crafting unique travel experiences.

The Role: As a Travel Concierge, you will be a vital part of our Europe Concierge team, ensuring an exemplary experience for our clients travelling in Europe. You will be one of the main points of contact for our clients in the lead up to their trip, helping to solve any problems which may arise pre, during or post-trip, answering their questions, and assisting by phone and email. You will also be responsible for creating ‘Magic Moments’, which is part of what makes Jacada trips unique. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Greece, Croatia, or Slovenia.

Job Requirements: We are seeking candidates based in Europe, preferably in Greece, Croatia, or Slovenia, with extensive knowledge of Europe. A culturally open-minded attitude is essential. No prior travel experience is required, but a good knowledge of the European region, excellent communication skills, and a client-facing experience are beneficial.
