Role Summary

  • Managing existing and cultivating new account relationships

Vivobarefoot is on a mission to change the toxic, sedentary lifestyles that are harming humans and the planet. We are expanding our impact in North America and are seeking a driven USA Field Sales & Community Rep to develop our presence in the CO, UT, NM, WY region.

The role: As a USA Field Sales & Community Rep, you will manage all existing accounts and work on sourcing and growing new accounts. Additionally, you will support community activations in key cities within the region. The role requires spending 70% of the time building new account relationships and converting these to sales per season and in-season sales. The remaining 30% will involve community activations connected to our lighthouse wholesale accounts, focusing primarily on the CO area. This position is a field role with an expectation of 10 working days per month spent on the road.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales in the footwear, outdoor, lifestyle, or wellness space in the USA. Experience in growing wholesale accounts and a strong understanding of the USA retail landscape, particularly in the region of hire, are essential. Candidates should also have existing key relationships to leverage and an understanding of the wellness retail landscape, including health clubs, biohacking clinics, and other health businesses. You should be commercially minded, organized, and capable of juggling short-term execution with long-term planning. A passion for natural movement, regenerative business, and working for a brand with a mission is crucial.

Benefits: The commission structure will be based on the sell-through performance of new and existing accounts on net revenue, with increased commission on new accounts and existing account commission. The role includes a mileage allowance for car journeys and a capped T&E budget.

Additional emphasis on Lighthouse accounts as designated by Vivo. The role is remote with an expectation to attend the Austin office at least twice a year.
