Role Summary:

The role: As a Planning and Results Adviser, you will join our Organisational Planning team within the Strategy Department. This role is crucial for enabling Wellcome to maximise its impact by effectively planning and executing its mission. You will provide analytical insight and practical support across our multi-year, annual, and quarterly planning cycles. Your work will help clarify organisational priorities and strengthen performance through effective use of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends, and produce business performance insights to support decision-making. Strong Excel skills are essential, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and basic modelling. Experience in creating and maintaining planning, reporting, and analytical tools, including dashboards and visualisations, is also required.
