As a Food Service KAM, you'll be an integral part of a passionate team dedicated to making a significant, positive impact on the world.

  • Oversee relationships with key accounts in the foodservice channel, focusing on growth and strategic collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts and drive product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in Food Service Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG industry in Spain.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building trustful relationships.

And that’s why we are looking for a Food Service KAM! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through managing key accounts, developing strategic relationships, and executing sales initiatives to achieve business objectives.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the organized foodservice channel, including national and regional chains
  • Understand customer needs and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and drive product adoption
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on account activity, sales performance, and market insights

  • Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.
  • Previous experience in managing Food Service Key Accounts in FMCG industry in the Spanish market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities
  • Clear goal and clients orientation and strong negotiating skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
