AmplifiED Schools Marketing, a leader in educational sector promotion, is on the hunt for a passionate Graphic Designer to elevate school brands and captivate audiences. As a crucial addition to a small yet influential team, you'll have a unique chance to own your projects from start to finish with the support of a close-knit and innovative group.

Role Summary:

  • Lead the creation of visual assets for school clients, ensuring high-quality design output.
  • Handle artwork requests, maintain client communication, and deliver impactful marketing materials.
  • Produce promotional content like prospectuses, flyers, and digital media, tailored to diverse educational themes.
  • Edit videos and photos for social media and school websites, and manage client accounts with a personal touch.
  • Keep all client artwork folders organized and up-to-date.

Role Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience, backed by a portfolio of relevant work.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter mindset.
  • A genuine passion for design and marketing, with a commitment to keep abreast of industry trends.
  • A plus if you have knowledge of the education sector and school marketing concepts.

Role Description:

AmplifiED Schools Marketing is looking for a creative and driven individual with a passion for graphic design and marketing in the Education sector. In this role, you'll work closely with our team to develop engaging visual content that promotes schools and captures our audiences’ imaginations. 

The Team:

Become part of our dedicated team at AmplifiED Schools, where creativity and innovation are at the forefront of everything we do. We’re a tiny team making a big impact. As the fourth member of the team you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership from the beginning working on projects from end-to-end with collaboration and support from the AmplifiED team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development of all visual assets for school clients. With support from Alex, the founder. 
  • Manage artwork requests for school clients, maintaining clear communication and delivering high-quality designs.
  • Design marketing materials that resonate with diverse school audiences, adapting to various educational themes and styles.
  • Create promotional materials, including prospectuses, flyers, wall art and digital assets, to showcase school offerings effectively.
  • Edit video and photographic content for use in social media and on school websites. 
  • Assist in managing client accounts, providing support and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Maintain and update all client artwork folders. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or similar) or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • An eagle eye for detail! 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter attitude willing to put your hand up for projects and create ideas too. 
  • Enthusiasm for design and marketing, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with the education sector and an understanding of school marketing principles.

The Role 

3 days per week (21 hours). Flexible working. Hybrid in office (Teddington) and WFH. 

Initially we’d love to get the team together for at least 2 days per week working from our office in Teddington.
