This dynamic company, recognized for its curated selection of stylish hotels, is seeking an Executive Picture Editor to enhance their visual content and ensure an appealing online presence.

  • Collaborate with various teams to update and maintain website imagery.
  • Tag and organize digital assets efficiently.
  • Engage with hoteliers to manage visual content and resolve imagery-related queries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a 'can do' approach.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets is a must.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe Photoshop/Canva, Asana, and CMS is a plus.
  • Full training provided for non-essential skills.

Mr & Mrs Smith, the award-winning hotel website and booking service, is looking for an entry-level Executive Picture Editor to join its Picture Desk team to deliver day-to-day visual solutions for our website.

The role: Reporting to Senior Creative Coordinator, you will be working closely with Hotel Curation team, Creative team, Editorial team, Marketing team and Press team. Your key responsibilities will include updating imagery on our website, including but not limited to hotel pages, merchandising and destination pages, tagging and organising files in our digital asset management (DAM) system, and communicating with hoteliers regarding property updates and queries around imagery on our website. Please note: this role is predominantly an administrative based one with potential to work on more creative projects on an ad-hoc basis.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a friendly, can do attitude. Experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) is essential. Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Photoshop / Canva, a project management tool such as Asana, and a content management system is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
