  • Lead and inspire a team of over 8 Business Development Representatives focused on the Spanish market.
  • Design and implement training programs to boost team performance and hit monthly targets.
  • Generate qualified leads to support the Account Executives team.
  • Report directly to the Commercial Director of Spain.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience overseeing outbound teams, preferably as a BDR/SDR Manager.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, training, and team motivation.
  • Proficient in multi-channel prospecting including phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Familiarity with Salesloft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Exceptional communication, creativity, and relationship-building aptitude.

The role involves managing a dynamic team of +8 BDR for the Spanish market. You will effectively manage the team with the right training and motivation to ensure the achievement of monthly objectives. The BDR team is primarily responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the Account Executives team. This position reports directly to the Commercial Director of Spain.

Job requirements include a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manager managing outbound teams with excellent results, preferably as a BDR/SDR Manager. Experience in hiring, training and motivating BDR/SDR teams. Expert in prospecting using all channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.). High level of motivation, ambition and work capacity. Very comfortable with a high growth environment that changes rapidly. Great mastery of tools like Salesloft, Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Courage and creativity to find new ways to generate business.
