The role We are recruiting a Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader to lead the delivery of IFSLU2 Component 3 (Congo Basin). The successful candidate will be based in Kinshasa, with travel across the Congo Basin as required.

Job requirements We invite applications from candidates with the following qualifications: Demonstrated experience of working with FCDO, including in managing large and complex FCDO funded programmes; Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: forestry and sustainable land use, market systems development, and agricultural value chains; Country experience in central Africa or comparable context, bringing an understanding of sustainable private sector development in thin and uncertain markets; Ability to operate in French at a working level; Proven track record in leading donor funded activities, adaptive programme management and coordinating with a range of stakeholders including private sector actors, donor community and programme suppliers.
