The role of Client Success Associate involves strengthening the function and providing value for our clients by building and nurturing relationships with landlords, property managers and agents. Based in our London office, you will be joining our Global Client Success Team, who act as advisors for our clients across the globe and harness WiredScore's unique perspective to ensure the properties we work with are best positioned to serve the needs of today's tenants.
Job requirements include the ability to think in different ew ways to provide value for clients, operate independently with minimal prompting, take responsibility for delivering high quality outputs on time and effectively prioritise tasks. You should have proven experience in effectively addressing challenges and strategically approaching tasks. You should demonstrate initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities to add value. Experience in delivering presentations to clients and effectively managing external stakeholder relationships, with a strong emphasis on strategies aimed at client retention and satisfaction is also required.
