  • Develop scalable data solutions in a Snowflake data warehouse.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to promote best data practices.
  • Design and implement dimensional data models.
  • Identify and solve high-impact analytical problems.
  • Improve data availability and quality.
  • Provide technical leadership within the data team.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and a scripting language such as Python.
  • Expertise in data modeling and building relational data structures.
  • Proficiency with tools like dbt or Dataform.
  • An ownership mindset with a proactive approach.

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at MANUAL, you will be part of an exciting start-up in the health & wellness space. We are a comprehensive digital clinic with the ambition to extend the healthy years of lives for a large part of the population in the UK, Brazil, and beyond. We focus on life-impeding conditions like hormonal imbalance, obesity and hair loss.

The role entails developing scalable data solutions and empowering the business to efficiently access and analyse data. You will be collaborating closely with Data Engineers and analysts, championing best practices in data usage and collection throughout the organisation. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing dimensional data models in our Snowflake data warehouse, identifying high-impact analytical problems and finding innovative solutions with data, improving data availability and quality, and providing technical leadership in the data team.

Job requirements include 5+ years of experience, advanced knowledge in SQL, a scripting language (e.g. python), strong ability to model complex tasks, and build relational data structures. You should have a strong working knowledge of tools like dbt, or Dataform and an ownership mindset, with a strong bias for action.
