YOUNGONES operates a two-sided marketplace that allows businesses to find freelancers for short-term and often last-minute gigs. Last year, more than 40,000 freelancers found gigs through the platform and together they worked over 5.5 million hours. With a highly profitable business in the Netherlands, we’re now expanding internationally.

As a Regional Operations Associate, you will be reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager. You will own country/city specific business outcomes and translate business strategy with the local needs. You will ensure that experience is best-in-class for businesses and freelancers that use YoungOnes by providing solutions to complex tasks, business critical compliance and localisation requirements.

Your main responsibilities will include monitoring marketplace activity, leading operations for newly launched cities, managing community, building scalable processes, being the voice of the country-specific market for localisation, and supporting Customer Success and Sales on strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in consulting or relevant industries with clear experience in solving commercial and operational business problems using analytics. Advanced SQL and Excel or Google Sheets knowledge and experience is required. You should be willing to roll your sleeves up and experiment with new tactics and thrive on ownership and accountability.

The salary for this position is between 30k – 40k based on experience. We are growing quickly, so there are lots of opportunities for further growth and a steep career path.
