  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers to the Payhawk platform, tailoring the setup to their specific needs.
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure a smooth and timely implementation.
  • Coordinate with both external and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support post-implementation.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Project Management within a high-growth SaaS environment, or a relevant degree for recent graduates.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A tech-savvy individual who can grasp complex software functionalities.

The role of the Implementation Manager involves onboarding new customers by understanding their needs and supporting with the proper set-up of their Payhawk’s account, native integrations and training on the system. You will create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for a timely installation and roll-out while managing different external & internal stakeholders. You will also develop strong relationships with our clients to build trust during the implementation process & afterwards.

Job requirements include 2+ years as a Customer Success Specialist/Project Manager in a high growth SaaS environment or recent graduate with a relevant degree. You should be tech savvy with an ability to fully understand our software and have Native/Near native level of both Dutch and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a concrete and understandable way are also required.
