  • Design and manage central L&D programs and solutions.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of new L&D initiatives.
  • Enable effective development for staff across the organization.
  • Significant experience in designing and delivering soft skills and team development programs.
  • Degree level CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in evaluating learning for continuous improvement.
  • Managing L&D providers and technology partners.
  • Strong training design and facilitation skills.
  • Coaching qualifications or experience, and psychometric tool experience, or willingness to learn.

As a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist, you will be working in the Talent team within People reporting to the Associate Director, Talent. You will contribute to our Talent Agenda by designing and managing our central learning and development programmes and solutions. This role has responsibility for core learning and development activity across the organization, leading on the design and implementation of new learning and development initiatives and projects to enable focused and effective development for our people.

Job requirements include significant, proven experience of designing, developing and delivering soft skills training and development, team development and onboarding programmes; Degree level CIPD qualified or equivalent Experience of evaluating learning to drive continuous improvement. Proven experience of managing learning and development providers and technology partners. Demonstrable training design skills and facilitation skills. Coaching qualification and/or experience Psychometric tool experience (e.g., Insights Discover, MBTI, SDI or similar) or willing to develop.

From 1st September 2024 we will move to 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
