Mr & Mrs Smith, the luxury travel experts and hotel lovers, are recruiting a content writer to join their Curation editorial team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that is passionate about luxury travel and hotels.
The role involves producing content for hotel pages, room descriptions, policies, destinations and custom searches, and occasionally blog content and other project material. The content writer and editor will also be responsible for assigning hotels to their designated freelancer(s), editing the copy produced by the freelancer, and keeping the workflow – as managed by the Senior Content Editor – healthy and efficient.
Job requirements include at least two years’ experience of writing and editing in the lifestyle/luxury sector. The successful candidate will work closely with the scrum team, building relationships with the curator, onboarder and image editor to ensure a healthy launch flow. They will also use agile principles to work collaboratively with the curators, onboarders, image editors and the team of writers.
The successful candidate will always strive to find ways to make efficiency gains, however marginal; implement them seamlessly and communicate them effectively to the team.
