Role Summary:
- Develop meaningful relationships with donors and members, providing them with exceptional onboarding and stewardship experiences.
- Collaborate with the Senior IG & Supporter Engagement Officer (Acquisition) in planning and executing annual appeals to secure significant unrestricted funds.
- Create and manage a membership program that makes members feel like a vital part of the SAS community.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in campaign planning and delivery within fundraising or marketing.
- Highly organized, adaptable, proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing project teams and fostering supporter and supplier relationships.
- Passionate about fundraising, marketing, and environmental conservation.

Our mission is to ensure the health of our oceans for future generations. We are looking for a Senior Individual Giving & Supporter Engagement Officer to join our team.
The Role: As a Senior Individual Giving & Supporter Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our donors and members, ensuring they have an exceptional onboarding journey and ongoing stewardship. You will work closely with our Senior IG & Supporter Engagement Officer (Acquisition) to plan and deliver annual appeals, raising significant unrestricted income. You will also develop and deliver the membership programme, ensuring members feel valued as an integral part of the SAS community.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in planning and delivering campaigns, either in a fundraising or marketing context. You should be highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and have excellent people skills. Experience in managing project teams and building relationships with supporters and suppliers is essential. You should also have a strong interest in fundraising and marketing, and a passion for protecting the ocean and environment.
