What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate for the Web Developer position should possess at least 3 years experience in the field, a robust set of technical skills, including proficiency in front-end and back-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side language (e.g., Python, Ruby, PHP). Familiarity with database management systems, version control (e.g., Git), and experience with responsive web design are also crucial. Beyond the technical, we value strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity for creative thinking in the design and implementation of web solutions, and a keen eye for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
