Job Description

As BeZero Carbon has scaled, we have built a world class Executive Leadership team. This encompasses experts across Research, Ratings, Science, Revenue & Tech based globally. Each of which are not only thought leaders on their specialism & the VCM, but also brand ambassadors for BeZero carbon. We are therefore seeking a proactive Executive Team Assistant to join BeZero.

• Travel booking for C-suite/Directors/VPs

• Booking flights and hotels for business travel and company offsites

• Coordinating site visits

• Assist with coordination of larger conferences and roadshows

• Reporting on company travel and events

• Monitoring company wide travel and events and reporting to CEO

• Working with the finance team on travel budgets, approving requests in Travelperk and tracking costs for each team

• Approving expenses

• Supporting the Events teams with company events

• Organising suppliers for hosted events

• Scouting and booking restaurants

• Organising events on the day

• Ordering and picking up name cards

• Ad hoc support to Executive Assistant/holiday cover

Candidate Profile

• 1+ year administration/office experience

• Proactive self-starter

• Preferably someone who has experience with events and booking travel and accommodation

• London based
