  • Primary design contributor for diverse projects under senior leadership.

  • A versatile portfolio demonstrating multi-medium design proficiency.
  • Innovative, with a keen eye for detail and project ownership.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills in editing, motion graphics, and 3D animation.
  • Knowledge of AI and Figma.

The role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an exciting time in Numan’s history as we have just launched a fresh new identity, with a strengthened brand purpose, and are looking for the right creative talent to help bring this to life across every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in graphic design who is looking to grow their skills, and to learn and challenge themselves in an environment that gives them opportunity, ownership, and the chance to work directly with the most senior creative personnel in the business.

You’ll be:

• The day-to-day design resource, under the guidance of the Chief Creative Officer and Brand Director. Projects will include, but not be limited to:

- Advertising - in particular Paid Social

- Social media

- Packaging & leaflets

- Web & app assets

- Merchandise and wall art

• Learning and applying the new design guidelines, being a brand guardian and applying best practices, and standards throughout all projects.

• Creating final artwork and print ready files when necessary, eg with our leaflets and packaging 

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and bringing fresh new ideas to the table - it is a small team so your voice will be heard and valued

• Attending team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and receive feedback on your work.

• Collaborating with other team members from across the business, including brand, growth, product and more.

• Presenting your designs to the team or stakeholders for review.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• Strong ability in retouching, cutting out and manipulation of images

• Experience creating paid social campaigns, and a good sensibility in digital design more broadly 

• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.

• Creativity and innovation in design concepts and execution.

• Attention to detail and the ability to own certain parts of a project

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, accept feedback gracefully and keep going to get the best end result.

• Time management and organisational skills to prioritise and meet deadlines effectively.

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Editing, motion, 3D animation

• AI

• Proficiency in Figma
