  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Production team
  • Manage daily customer order releases and payroll administration
  • Maintain digital filing systems and manage site visitor protocols
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain communication boards
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and work independently or in a team
  • Process-driven and able to support production with a hands-on approach
  • Resilient under pressure and capable of multitasking

As the Operations Administrator you will report to our Operations Director and work closely with the Production Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and efficient functioning of day to day operations at Pact Coffee’s Roastery. 

This role requires exceptional organisational and  communication skills capable of achieving deadlines whilst working in a fast paced environment .


  • Reporting to the Operations Director and provide comprehensive administration support to the Production team
  • Manage the daily release of customer orders via the inhouse system and print for provision to the Production team
  • Undertake monthly payroll administration by  data collation throughout the month, obtained from the labour management record system
  • Upload and communicate Return to Work documentation to the system 
  • Support any payroll queries from Operatives 
  • Maintain up to date electronic filing systems / databases & provision of regular documentation
  • Manage site visitors with signing in records in line with policy
  • Processing on the door sales 
  • Housekeeping of the production office
  • Coordinate and manage the administration for onboarding new team members and offboarding end of contracts
  • Manage with the wider management team Communication Boards


  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Advance ‘Excel’ user  / Google sheets
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships 
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team environment
  • Process driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, to all levels in the business
  • ‘Hands on’  floor management and support production when required
  • Calm under pressure
