Role Summary:

  • Create and manage a new Field Sales team to drive live sales interactions nationwide.
  • Develop strategic sales visions, programs, and activities.
  • Generate positive outcomes and scalable sales processes for rapid expansion.
  • Source deals through targeted walk-ins, events, and phone prospecting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to produce sales materials.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and team ride-alongs.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding, training, and coaching to your team.
  • Use sales tools strategically for productivity and performance analysis.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven track record in building or scaling a field sales team.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Sales Experience in a closing or management role.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • Experience with the majority of your team achieving sales quotas.
  • Knowledge of channel sales is a bonus.

Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. In addition to maintaining hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

Were currently looking for a Director of Field Sales. Reporting the VP of Sales, you will create a new team and processes which drive live sales interactions across the United States. You will be responsible for setting a strategic vision with supporting programs, activities and measures to drive positive outcomes. 

Bevi is a beloved, experiential product that users highly value after their first exposure. Your goal is to get the team in front of prospective customers so they can envision the Bevi experience. 

Success in this role is measured by quota achievement and development of scalable sales activities, playbooks and processes which enable rapid, effective expansion. 

Bevi already has numerous effective sales teams for Channel and Direct sales. Uniquely, this team will source their own deals in tight geographic areas with targeted walk-ins, events, and phone-based prospecting activities. 


  • Build, maintain and grow a Bevi Field Sales team and program with all deliverables including scripts, processes, metrics, etc. 
  • Define prospecting, visit and follow-up plans for your team
  • Work with Marketing and Product to organize appropriate collateral and tools for sales conversations
  • Join your team for regular ride-alongs and customer visits
  • Provide onboarding, training and coaching 
  • Ensure the team is strategically  using their sales tools to drive productivity, analyze and forecast performance
  • Bring your team to achieve sales goals


  • Successfully building or scaling a field sales team, including refining metrics, playbooks and processes
  • 5+ years of Sales Experience in a closing or management role
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Second line management a plus but not required
  • Proven experience bringing the majority of your team to achieve quota
  • Experience with channel sales is preferred but not required
