- Establish and maintain high-impact partnerships with Strategic Partners.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to foster buy-in for the circular economy concept.
- Monitor engagement activities and maintain quality relationships within the Network.
- Align partnership impacts with the Foundation’s 2030 strategic goals.
- 7+ years of experience in relationship management or business/economics.
- Prior experience with circular economy projects is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and vision creation.
- Agility in evolving environments and excellent prioritization skills.
- Strong management skills with a track record of meeting critical deadlines.

The role entails working directly with our Strategic Partners to maximise the impact of those partnerships. You will create buy-in to the circular economy vision at all levels of our Network organisations including C-level stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Being the key contact for businesses within the Network and ensuring the quality and trust of those partnerships; keeping track of engagement activities and key contacts. Ensuring the impact of those partnerships and their alignment with the Foundation’s 2030 strategy through agreed Partnerships plans.
Job requirements include 7 years+ experience in a role related to relationship management or business and/or economics. Experience of working on circular economy projects will be a definite advantage. Proven ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders from different backgrounds, including C-level stakeholders and technical experts. Evidence of cross-functional management showing the capacity to create vision and supporting stakeholders in achieving that vision. Experience of working in agile, evolving environments. Evidence of strong management skills with experience in meeting time-critical milestones as well as the ability to prioritise effectively to deliver on an outcome basis.
