Role Summary:

Role Requirements:

  • Accreditations in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Proven background in process, system, and workflow improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our dynamic Customer Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within our operations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement strategies to identify areas for improvement within processes, systems and operations. You will also lead process improvement projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have recognised accreditations (Lean Six sigma or equivalent) in relevant fields, ideally Insurance or Financial Services, with a strong background in process, system and workflow improvements. You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously are also required.
