The Role We’re looking for an FP&A Manager with proven experience in the tech industry to join our finance team and support our growth. You will be working closely with the Head of FP&A and leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan. You will also be responsible for producing models to project long-term growth and determine the impacting business factors.

Job Requirements You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience is required (ACCA/CIMA/ACA). You should have exceptional analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills and strong financial modelling skills. You should be detail-oriented and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks while meeting deadlines. Tech industry experience is required, marketing tech and/or insurance is a plus.

Application Details Our process includes an initial call with our TA Partner, a skill-based interview, a technical interview with our CFO, and a culture interview with our co-CEO. We also need to do some background checks on all new hires to meet our regulatory obligations as an FCA-authorised financial services company.
