- Role Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 classification or above, graduated within the last 3 years.

- Commercial awareness and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

SportPursuit, part of the Sportscape Group, is an exciting online retail business that fuels sporting adventure with affordable, great quality kit. We are a dedicated and passionate team of sports enthusiasts, striving to achieve exceptional results. We are looking for ambitious self-starters to join our Graduate Scheme.
The role involves rotational placements across three key departments: Buying, Marketing, Finance and Logistics. This offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of a thriving online retail business. You will immerse yourself in the operations of a high-energy business, with ample opportunities to make meaningful contributions. The scheme is designed to develop essential skills necessary for a successful career, blending formal training with hands-on experience.
Job requirements include a Bachelor's degree 2:1 or above (or equivalent), graduated in the last 3 years, high attention to detail, a logical and methodical approach to your work life/studies, strong time management skills, a 'can do' attitude, commercial thinking, and experience of using Microsoft Excel.

The application closing day is 21st June. The selection process will involve several stages, including a psychometric test, a video interview, an Excel test and some additional assessments at an in person assessment day on the 23rd July. We will review all applications and reach out to candidates in early July with further instructions for the next steps.
