What will you be doing?
Organising and coordinating meetings and events Sending out internal and external communications Supporting other teams with admin duties as needed Attending team meetings and other meetings as required, sharing ideas, and ways to improve admin support across the project. Note-taking, taking registers and any other administrative support required.
What are we looking for?
Strong experience working as an administrator or PA. Confidence and competence working with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. The ability to contribute 3-4 hours (on average) per week voluntarily - these can be during the daytime, evening, weekdays or weekends. A visible interest and passion for nutrition and improving the health and well-being of children. Excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail to support proofreading. Fluency in English is essential. Excellent organisation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player.

All are voluntary positions with no remuneration offered other than what we hope will be a huge amount of job satisfaction and fun, working with like-minded people with a passion for making a real difference to future generations Whilst we ask volunteers to commit to taking roles for a duration of the project which is expected to last 2+ years, the monthly and weekly time commitment to this role, and its responsibilities, is flexible and needs to suit the volunteer. However, we ask for a minimum of 3-4hours per week (on average), which some weeks may be more and some less.
