Freelance Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager on a remote basis (UK) to work with our Education Team on a range of projects to support the creation and delivery of high quality education resources.

You will be involved with the following:

• Manage key projects in the Oak Education Team as assigned, initially focused on delivering compliance-focused work, ensuring our lesson resources meet the required standards. This will include working with stakeholders across the organisation to manage work related to:
• System and process design
• Training packages
• Information management
• Digital asset management
• Audit

Knowledge, skills and experience

• 3+ years experience in project management
• Experience delivering high-quality results to tight timescales
• Exceptional organisation and planning skills 
• Able to build relationships quickly with a range of stakeholders
• Understanding of process development/ improvement
• Detail-oriented problem solver 
• Proactive and willing to step into new areas
• Knowledge of the English education system  
• Experience working in publishing would be beneficial but is not essential

Rate:

£400 per day - full-time preferable although we will consider 4 days per week

Assignment period: June 2024 - September 2024
