  • Manage technical support across existing partner relationships to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Data engineering team and report to the Partner Growth Manager.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for retailers and advocate internally for their needs.
  • Utilize tools created by our Growth tribe to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in affiliate marketing or customer service within the retail sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong technical support skills, communication, organizational, and process management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Excel, Looker, or similar tools, with a willingness to learn new technical systems.
  • Passion for fashion is a plus.

We are looking for a Partner Growth Technical Coordinator to manage the technical support across all of our existing partner relationships to ensure up-time and, where possible, implement key optimisations to drive growth and overall partner performance.

You will be working with our Product Data engineering squad that manages the onboarding and maintenance of Lyst partners, and reporting into our Partner Growth Manager. You will be the go-to person for a range of retailers and be the internal advocate for their requests with the aim to assist in troubleshooting any issues using tools built by our Growth tribe. 


Experience in a fast-growing company, ideally at an affiliate marketing network or agency, or managing affiliate marketing or customer service for a retailer.

  • Self-starters who thrive while working on their own as well as contributing to team goals
  • Excellent technical support skills as you will be managing complex relationships of varying size
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills as well as presentation experience - you will be communicating and troubleshooting with our partners so you must be comfortable working with senior level partners
  • Great organisational and process management skills to manage and prioritise a range of requests from numerous partners at one time
  • Experience with data feeds (beneficial) and using Jira, Excel, Looker, or other similar tools
  • Comfortable with learning new technical concepts and systems
  • A love (or at least high regard) for fashion


  • Our Ways of Working: We come into the office between 2-4 days a week and we're always in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We strongly believe that in-person collaboration and time spent together as a team allows us to deliver high impact work, but the flexibility to also work remotely supports our diverse team.
  • Time Off: In addition to the 8 statutory bank holidays, you will receive 29 holidays per year. Lyst’s holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
