  • Role Summary:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering personalized assistance and proactively meeting their needs.
    • Manage client interactions with warmth and professionalism, both in-person and through digital channels.
    • Handle mail and package logistics, coordinate meeting room bookings, and assist with events.
    • Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of common areas, adhering to the Kitt standard.
    • Conduct building audits and collaborate with the operations team for maintenance and requests.
    • Develop strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Experience in client-facing roles and a passion for customer service.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a collaborative, high-paced environment.
    • Technological proficiency and experience with software applications.
    • A hands-on approach and the capacity to address common issues.

    • In-person task-based interview with Account Director and Senior Product Manager.

The Role

As the face of Kitt, you will be the champion of your building, the Kitt product and the client experience. You will nurture relationships, build trust, and create long-lasting partnerships. You will deliver a world-class service that creates an engaging and supportive environment to allow our clients to focus on their businesses.

You will be:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalised assistance and anticipating their needs at every turn.
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Responding to client inquiries and requests via the in-app chat function and the building's email inbox.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages for clients.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and assisting with event planning.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas including stock management in communal and demised areas.
  • Conducting core audits of the building, being the owner of the Kitt standard within your building and working with the Kitt Ops team on Requests and Tickets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, partners, the internal Kitt operations teams and service providers, to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

About you

  • You’re a people person with experience working with clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications.
  • Experience in troubleshooting with the ability to diagnose and address common issues.
  • A hands-on attitude and a passion for customer service and client experiences essential.

  3. Final interview with Steve Coulson (CEO & Co-Founder)
