People & Culture Intern

Your mission as a People & Culture Intern at VIDA is to play a vital role in supporting our team's growth and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. You will be involved in all activities related to recruitment, employee engagement, people management and culture initiatives and implement processes in all mentioned areas. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to the success of a fast-paced startup.

Your day-to-day tasks will include fostering an amazing culture at VIDA, supporting in collecting employee feedback to improve our company culture and employee experience, ensuring smooth HR operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. You will also have the chance to make the onboarding experience exceptional for new colleagues, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

We're ideally looking for an intern who is based in Munich. You should have finished your Bachelor degree or are currently pursuing a Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Ideally, you already gained experience in any of the mentioned HR areas. You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your work style is highly organized and detail-oriented, what makes you capable of managing multiple tasks and projects. You are proficient using the Microsoft Office/Google suite. Familiarity with HRIS/ATS software is a plus. And most important: You have a genuine interest in people, culture, and talent acquisition.
