- Role Summary:
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to our Founders and COO.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure the smooth operation of staff events.
- Adapt to a variety of tasks including Front of House duties and communicating operational changes.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with your passion for service excellence.
- Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, ideally 1-2 years.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in computer use, including spreadsheets and databases.

We’re Self Space, a contemporary mental health service offering a good conversation with a qualified person. After launching the world’s first on-demand mental health service right on the High Street in Shoreditch, London — we’re looking for brilliant therapists to join our mission to launch a Self Space on every High Street, in every city, across the UK and as part of this we are opening up a brand new three-room location in Kings Cross.
As an Executive Assistant, you will oversee executive administrative support to our Founders and COO, from managing their diaries and coordinating meetings to organising and ensuring the smooth running of staff events. You will be open to a varied role (never a dull day) with duties such as covering Front of House as and when needed, and communicating onsite changes to the relevant folks within Self Space.
This position requires a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and people skills. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are always changing and you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Job requirements include proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably 1-2 years, exceptional organisational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to pay attention to detail, and proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets and databases.
