  • Lead and optimize lead generation and prospecting strategies in the UK.
  • Source new accounts and contacts to support sales pipeline growth.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Report to the Commercial Director of the UK&I.
  • Proven SDR/BDR sales management experience.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Salesforce.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in team hiring, training, and success enablement.

The role of BDR Manager is responsible for managing and organising the prospecting and lead generation efforts across the UK, from our Sofia office. You will be responsible for sourcing new accounts and contacts, in order to fuel the pipeline by qualifying and generating leads by scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team. This position will report to the Commercial Director of the UK&I.

Job requirements include previous SDR/BDR sales management experience, strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft and Salesforce, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You must be highly motivated, ambitious, and comfortable with a fast-changing environment. A background of hiring, training and enabling team for success is also required.
