- Role Summary:
- Support operational development of promotional and commercial activities.
- Create monthly promotional and communication tools, coordinating with creative agencies.
- Develop promotional materials like brochures and newsletters.
- Ensure operational management for smooth in-store activities.
- Coordinate projects with various internal teams.
- Contribute to consumer-oriented trade operations.
- Assist in organizing trade shows, conventions, and internal events.
- Update commercial tools such as catalogues and order forms.
- Role Requirements:
- Must be a student in Bac +5 in marketing or communication.
- Autonomous, proactive, and creatively inclined.
- Strong organizational skills and relational qualities.
- Proficient in computer tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Keen interest in the creation of promotional materials.

Today, we are looking for our alternate Sales Support Assistant H/F for Bonneterre & Compagnie from September 2024 for a period of one year.
Attached to the Sales Support Manager, your missions in the adventure…
Take part in the operational development of major public-promotional highlights and commercial operations Creation of monthly promotional/communication tools (briefing of creative agencies) Creation of our promotional and communication supports (brochures ewsletters…) Operational follow-up and management for the smooth running of the action in point of sale Coordination of projects internally with the different services (forecasting, supply, logistics, supplier, purchasing, etc.) Participate in the construction of consumer-oriented Trade operations (in-store animations, development of goodies…) Participation, organization of trade show/convention/internal event.
Update the different commercial tools (catalogue, order form etc..)
Student in Bac +5 specialized in marketing or communication (Business school, engineer, university…), you are autonomous and proactive, with a creative spirit. Rigorous, you have a sense of organization and are endowed with relational qualities. You are comfortable with computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet, Power Point, Canva) and have a strong appetite for the creation of support (Type newsletters and promo posters…)
