Our Vision

At Patch, we believe the future is local. That’s why we’re building a nationwide network of neighbourhood workspaces designed to become new local centres for work, culture, and community.

We craft beautifully designed spaces on local high streets and in town centres to support people to ‘Work Near Home’, achieve a better work-life balance, and build thriving careers and businesses in their communities.

Patch also serves as a venue for cultural and community gatherings. We build relationships with our members, local groups, and cultural organisations to support and host a programme of publicly accessible workshops, talks and events.

This autumn, we will open in Bournemouth, making our home in the iconic Bobby’s building. Our vision is to create a new hub for the South Coast’s entrepreneurs, creatives, and community builders. Inside Patch, you’ll find a range of meeting and event spaces (including a podcast studio and wellness studio), as well as a suite of workspaces, from coworking studios to private offices.

Patch is proud to be an accredited B-Corp. This represents an ongoing commitment to demonstrating that businesses can lead positive social and environmental change and be a force for good in our communities.
