- 3-5 years' experience in analytics within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with analytical tools like Mixpanel.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical concepts.
- Proven capability in project management from inception to completion.

Data is at the heart of what we do and understanding our customers and their needs as well as how we are delivering against them is pivotal to the success of our business.
We are looking for a Senior Insight Analyst who will be a part of our centralised insight team focused on helping us to increase our understanding of customer behaviour and form strategies. Helping our product team to understand customer engagement with new app features and journeys and sizing new opportunities with our commercial teams, this role will be wide-spanning and impactful. The ideal candidate will be curious and open minded, seeking to understand what is happening with our customer base at Moneybox and help to explain the why.
With a mix of business intelligence skills focused on surfacing insights through Power BI and analytical rigor focused on taking our understanding of product engagement to the next level, the ideal candidate will be adaptive and experienced at managing their own agenda and roadmap.

What you'll do
You will deliver against a roadmap of insight and analysis, working towards helping our users get the most out of the app You will work with a range of people from across the business to inform strategic plans and set targets and objectives based on insights and analysis You will own and evolve a suite of reports designed to give a wide range of stakeholders access to insights Lead on key projects to support a range of teams which will span commercial, operations, finance and product You will collaborate with the wider insights, data and decisioning team to ensure that analyses and insights that are mission or product specific are understood and incorporated into plans and analyses You will help develop our experimentation and testing framework and processes Support the Moneybox team in understanding and influencing the customer lifecycleWho you are

3-5 years relevant experience in either a high performing analytical environment (e.g. management consultancy) or in a FinTech / consumer app environment Advanced knowledge of SQL (Databricks preferable) Experience of product analytics, using tools such as Mixpanel Experience with a visualisation tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or similar Experience of AB test measurement, with an understanding of key statistical concepts Proven track record of taking end to end ownership of projectsVisa Sponsorship:

Working Policy:
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
