  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for commercial customers.
  • Shape and enhance the Customer Success function within Pod Point.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to innovate the onboarding process.
  • Conduct training and support for new users of Pod Point's software.
  • Maintain and improve CRM systems and customer account setups.
  • Work alongside Account Management and Commercial Support teams.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and act as an escalation point.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of customer success methodologies.
  • Experience in leading customer onboarding initiatives.
  • Ability to simplify and convey technical information.
  • Skilled in spotting revenue generation opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship management.
  • Independent worker with a proactive mindset.

As the leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions across the UK, we're searching for a seriously talented Customer Success Manager to join our incredible Recurring Revenue team.

The role entails ensuring that our Commercial customers receive a positive onboarding experience. You’ll be responsible for defining & further developing the Customer Success function at Pod Point, working with the Product team to create a new and improved onboarding process, ensuring the successful onboarding and training of new users of the Pod Point software, maintaining and updating the CRM system, configuring charging point settings and account setups across client portfolios, working in close relation with both the Account Management and Commercial Support functions, being the escalation point for advanced customer queries, and looking for opportunities to generate revenue and pass leads onto the relevant sales expert.

Job requirements include an in-depth understanding of customer success principles and best practices, a demonstrated commitment to process improvement, the ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms, experience leading a customer onboarding process, confidence producing and presenting training content for new users, demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for revenue generation, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
