- Develop and execute a variety of email marketing campaigns to promote V&A's diverse programs.
- Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager and stakeholders to implement campaign briefs.
- Create engaging content to drive revenue, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Proven experience in email marketing and campaign management.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
The Role The Email Marketing Officer (12 Months Fixed Term contract) will be responsible for the creation, deployment, and continuous optimisation of a wide variety of email marketing campaigns promoting the V&A’s activities, aiming to generate revenue and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. They will work closely with the Email Marketing Manager, and various stakeholders across the Marketing department and the wider organisation, implementing briefs and creating compelling and engaging email marketing campaigns showcasing the wide-ranging portfolio of the V&A’s public programme, exhibition schedule, and commercial offering.
