Job Description

We’re looking for an Operations Associate to manage support requests from Sales and Customer Success teams and to process improvements linked to these queries. You will be part of the Revenue Operations and Go-to-Market Strategy team which plays an important role in driving sustainability impact at scale, creating value for our customers and cultivating world class talent. This is achieved by working closely with all levels in the company to help in defining and driving forward strategic, operational and organizational improvements at Ecovadis.

Responsibilities: 

Customer Operational Management

  • Collaborate with and support Account Managers and/or Customer Success Coordinators to ensure effective implementation of the EcoVadis solution to a joint portfolio of customers 
  • Manage a combination of customer facing and non-customer facing operational responsibilities
  • Operational responsibilities examples include: Platform creation, specific reports, Back Office support, preparation of data analysis, preparation and/or delivery of presentations both independently and/or as support to the Account Managers and/or Customer Success Coordinators
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships both proactively and reactively (for example, responding to incoming requests, resolving user issues, documenting actions) 
  • Support and build (indirectly) advocacy among customer organization, including program team, champions, and buyers by delivering exceptional customer support
  • Improve quality of service by recommending improvements to internal processes; identifying new product and service applications for customer
     

Technical & Project Management 

  • Lead and/or contribute to internal projects contributing to the formalization and standardization of Customer Success processes with a positive impact on team efficiency and quality (e.g. Coordination of the Shared Service Team requests and their efficient delivery)
  • Lead and/or contribute to customer focused projects
  • Teamwork and best practices sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service and to maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Degree preferably in Business/Management/Communication (Any other relevant degree will also be considered). Fresh Graduates will be considered.
  • Excellent attention to detail and conscientious approach to quality.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a busy environment, keeping colleagues up to date with the status of projects.
  • Excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table etc) PowerPoints, internet and email are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory (written and spoken), French is a plus.
  • Resourceful, using problem solving, troubleshooting and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Self-driven, results oriented and team player.
