Develop PowerBI dashboards for our clients, including:

  • Supporting our clients in understanding what they want and need from a dashboard.
  • Developing dashboard wireframes to incorporate the key indicators we have agreed on with clients and their requirements for data segmentation and reporting, utilising excellent data visualisation according to our clients’ brand guidelines.
  • Data engineering, data modelling, prototyping and developing dashboards. Note that the data will vary from client to client. We find that our clients' data is typically ‘messy’ or complex, incorporating multiple surveys, spreadsheets, analytics, and their CRM system.
  • Supporting our clients in connecting the dashboard to their data and systems. This may involve helping us to identify ways to strengthen their systems.
  • Training our clients on how to use the dashboard.
  • Maintaining the dashboard for clients once connected.

Evaluation design, analysis and reporting

  • Developing, setting up and managing surveys in MS Forms or Survey Monkey etc.
  • Survey analysis – developing pivot tables and charts in Excel (when this is not done within PowerBI).
  • Statistical analysis of surveys in Excel. This includes descriptive statistics, benchmarking, and assessments of statistical significance (e.g. using t-tests).

Business development and excellence

  • Commitment to excellent customer service, including responding to our clients in a friendly, timely and efficient way and building their capacity for evaluation reporting and analysis.
  • Participating in our team meetings.
  • Keeping projects on track in our project management system (Asana).
  • Contributing to developing new products, services and/or clients, including incorporating AI technologies in evaluation.
  • Contributing to the development of proposals for new business.
  • Setting up and strengthening our systems and protocols for evaluation excellence.
