Role Summary

The role: As a Technical Policy Officer at the International Pandemic Preparedness Secretariat (IPPS), you will support policy projects aimed at achieving the objectives of the 100 Days Mission. This mission is critical for effectively responding to pandemic threats within the first 100 days of identification. Your responsibilities will include working with Senior Technical Advisors to execute the workplan for the 100 Day Mission, facilitating scientific exchanges, producing annual reports, and providing guidance to G7, G20 presidencies, and partner organizations to enhance global pandemic readiness. You will also manage logistics for the 100DM Science and Technology Expert Group, oversee project management, and ensure compliance with financial and operational guidelines.

Job requirements: We are seeking candidates with experience in the global health ecosystem and technical aspects of product development. You should have a passion for creating policy change in International Health, excellent communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and the capability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
