What will you be doing?
The Brand Designer will work with the team and stakeholders to transform the organisation’s brand identity. Main responsibilities:
Develop a cohesive colour palette and typography system, and create visual concepts and designs that reflect our vision, mission, values and impact. Create brand guidelines that outline how our visual identity should be applied across different mediums. Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and other assets to promote our platform. Provide ongoing support to ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
What are we looking for?
Knowledge: Demonstrate an understanding of social problems and their implications for service-users. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma. Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, colour theory, and graphic design techniques. Collaboration and Teamwork: Working effectively with others, both within and outside the organisation, to develop and implement innovative ideas. A creative mindset and passion for creating impactful visual experiences. Previous experience in branding or graphic design is preferred but not required.
