About the role

💥Your mission as a Vita Mojo Client Success Manager is to transform tech chaos into confidence for a portfolio of SMB and mid market QSR clients. You’ll retain and grow your accounts by adding humanity into the tech-driven solutions we provide, helping our clients to maximise the value they receive from Vita Mojo’s solutions.

You’ll deeply understand your clients needs and goals, and understand how Vita Mojo addresses them. You’ll ensure that every one of them gets maximum value from their solutions by collaborating strategically with them and managing projects to enable them to thrive, grow and recommend Vita Mojo to others. You’ll also act as their voice within the business - ensuring their needs are met by our product and processes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, managing stakeholders, and translating complex operational issues into tangible solutions. You will be able to understand the needs and goals of our clients, and use insights to share best practices, uncover opportunities for expansion, and cultivate a successful long-term partnership.

The day-to-day

Working in a startup means that things often change and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business. We expect the below to be the bulk of the role, but this may change over time depending on your own development needs, aspirations and the makeup of the team. 

  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts, understanding the operational and business challenges of our clients and advising them on how the features and benefits of theVita Mojo Order Management System address their needs.

  • Proactively understand how our developments can further support your clients and notify them of new product releases. This includes issuing regular, executive-level summary status reports both internally and to the client

  • Come up with creative solutions to help clients get the most out of our software and look for opportunities to upsell new products and services to them where it can add value

  • Interpret client insights and act as voice of the client internally, proactively working with the Product Team on operational challenges, product roadmap changes, new feature requests, and technical hurdles

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives using your knowledge and client facing insight to improve the overall client experience and lead to greater satisfaction and loyalty among clients

About you

  • Previous experience -You have experience working within Client Success in a fast paced, high growth or progressive environment. Working with business critical software that is vital to day to day operations.

  • Customer focused - You have a passion for talking to customers. You’re able to empathise with our clients in a genuine way that lets them know you understand their pain points, while also being able to handle a difficult conversation

  • Strong time management with the ability to balance multiple deliverables while working in a high volume environment. You can juggle multiple projects and relationships which require organisation, detail, prioritisation, and delivering outcomes.

  • Self-sufficiency and initiative is a must. You will love the challenge of solving complex problems (operational and technical) and learning new things, along with thriving in a dynamic startup environment where you can do great work despite quickly changing situations.

  • Top-notch communication You’re comfortable conducting business with varying levels of industry stakeholders, from till operators to founders and CEOs. You’re able to empathise with our clients in a genuine way that lets them know you understand their pain points, while also being able to handle a difficult conversation.

  • Flexibility and thinking on your feet. You value active listening and can handle challenges with aplomb, making thoughtful decisions that are good for our clients, our teammates and our company.

  • Curiosity and a willingness to say, ‘Isn’t that interesting’, rather than, ‘I already know that’. You will be able to step back and ask strategic questions, approach complex problems with empathy and the drive to reach positive outcomes for our clients.

🌴Your holidays. We believe in finding your work life alignment and want you to take advantage of your 25 days of leave, plus public holidays. Your holiday allowance increases after each complete calendar year of service, up to 28 days.

💚 Carer’s Leave. We understand life happens and you may need to take some time to support your loved ones. Whether that be looking after your sick dog, friends or family members. We offer one week (5 days) paid leave to all Mojis.

🐣 Welcoming a child into your life. We have enhanced Parental leave policies! Parental leave is offered to all Mojis after 3 months at the company. Parental leave is the collective term and includes maternity, paternity, adoption leave and surrogacy. Our leave policy is meant to help you navigate through this time as successfully as possible.

We recognise both the primary caregiver (the person who spends most time with the child) and the secondary (typically this is the non-birthing parent). Primary caregivers receive full pay for the first 16 weeks and 50% pay up to week 32. But need more time off? No problem, you can take up to 52 weeks (statutory) with us!

Secondary caregivers receive full pay for the first 4 weeks and an additional 2 weeks after 36 months of continuous service. It's up to you when you start your leave, we are here to support you through the whole process.

🤒Your health. We offer 10 days of full pay sick leave.

🥳Your birthday. We love celebrating birthdays, whether through baked goods or gifts, and you also get the day off on (or around) your birthday every year.

🍾Your social spirit. We love socialising with our fellow Mojis, whether through monthly drinks in the office, quarterly offsite socials (both virtual and in person), celebrating milestones, or anything else that comes up, we enjoy hanging out with each other!
