  • Role Summary:
    • Own the commercial calendar, marketing plan, and stock exposure for Otrium.
    • Develop and execute engaging commercial plans in collaboration with various teams.
    • Coordinate with merchandising and logistics for new product releases.
    • Design launch strategies and oversee stock visibility to drive performance.
    • Utilize data to optimize initiatives and improve GMV, sell-through, and conversion rates.
    • Lead and mentor the Senior E-commerce Operations Specialist.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce or commercial roles with a Marketing Bachelor’s degree.
    • Extensive knowledge of the fashion industry and consumer trends.
    • Keen commercial acumen with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
    • Experience with automations and personalization for targeted audiences.
    • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Your impact
As part of our Marketing department, our Commercial Excellence Lead will own Otrium’s commercial calendar, marketing plan and stock exposure. You will create and nurture an engaging commercial plan whilst collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure its execution and success - talk about impact!

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with merchandising and logistics in order to plan an optimal cadence of new drops on the platform and cohesive communication across all channels for segmented audiences
  • Creating launch strategies per drop and you give direction to channel owners to give stock visibility (based on drop date and performance)
  • Ensuring execution of the plans within the marketing team but also with internal stakeholders (merchandising, pricing and promotions, logistics, branding, user acquisition,...)
  • Optimising all these initiatives via data digging and continuous testing
  • Striving for uplifts in GMV, higher sell-through and better conversion rates
  • People manage our Senior E-commerce Operations Specialist

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • At least 5 years’ of experience in e-commerce, trading, commercial roles with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • An undeniable understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends, consumer preferences and competitive landscape
  • A strong commercial sense with an eye for detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making
  • You embrace the future by working with automations and personalisations for specific audiences
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English language skills are a must-have; other languages are a plus!
