  • Role Summary:
    • Secure partnerships with Enterprise and Mid Market fashion brands for Otrium's platform.
    • Manage a pipeline to consistently meet monthly targets.
    • Effectively handle objections by promoting Otrium’s value proposition.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove obstacles in brand launches.
  • Role Requirements:
    • At least 6 years of Business Development experience in the online off-price fashion sector.
    • Track record of signing large Enterprise fashion brands.
    • Skilled in high-value deal negotiations and closings.
    • Insight into the Western European off-price fashion market.
    • Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Your impact:
Otrium is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate the launch of large fashion brands on our platform. This strategic role requires extensive experience in launching Enterprise and Mid Market fashion brands within an online off-price fashion environment. You will identify and secure new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with key partners, and expand our market presence. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, your role is crucial for Otrium to unlock its next stage of growth. Your responsibilities:

  • Convince Enterprise and Mid-market level fashion brands to launch on Otrium
  • Manage funnel of prospects to ensure monthly targets are consistently met
  • Strong ability to handle objections by leaning into Otrium’s unique value proposition
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify and eliminate blockers in launching brands

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Business Development role within the online off-price fashion industry
  • Proven track record of signing large Enterprise fashion brands
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value deals
  • Experience with negotiating wholesale deals
  • A deep understanding of the off-price fashion landscape in Western Europe
  • Fluent in English is a must; German language skills are a plus (optional)
