  • Proven experience in educational or sports settings.
  • A genuine passion for youth development through sports.
  • Flexibility to work in various environments and during non-standard hours, including weekends.
  • FA Level 1 and Level 2 Football qualifications, with FA UEFA B and Enhanced DBS checks preferred.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Bloomsbury Football Foundation is changing the game, and we need great people to help us on our journey! In late 2023, Bloomsbury Football Foundation published its new 5-year game plan with the goal of providing high quality football provision for 20,000 young people every week. We aim to ensure that every child can take part in our programmes – regardless of their ability to pay or play. We provide an experience and environment that is professional, competitive, and enjoyable for all players, coaches, and parents.

The role involves helping to improve the mental and physical health of young people and increase their confidence. You will provide first-rate coaching to improve young people of varying ability’s technical ability. You will also create and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders (parents, partners and venues) and foster a welcoming environment for the start of vulnerable children's footballing journey.

Job requirements include experience of working in an educational or sporting environment, passion and enthusiasm for working with young people, ability to work in different settings and venues (schools and external venues), flexibility in working hours, which will include morning, afternoon and weekend work. You should also have FA Level 1 Football and FA Level 2 qualifications. FA UEFA B and Enhanced DBS are desirable. The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK. Bloomsbury Football Foundation does not sponsor visas.
